In 1984, Michael and Diane Beaver purchased 7 Wendy's restaurants in the Johnstown, PA area and created "Wenventure Incorporated". Soon after, Mike and Diane purchased all of the Wendy's restaurants in the state of Delaware and created our sister company- Wendover Incorporated. On a tragic day in 2015, Mike passed away in a car accident leaving Diane to run and operate both franchises. Wanting to continue on with the legacy of Mike and the vision they had started together, Diane has continued to grow and operate both companies. Our organization has now grown to 24 locations between Pennsylvania and Delaware. Diane continues to run the company out of the Johnstown, PA office with assistance of the Corporate Officers, Office Staff, District Managers, and the entire Management Team.
